Services / Culture and Engagement
What if your team could tell you what is really going on?
Culture and engagement support for growing businesses: engagement surveys, team structure and a rhythm that sticks.
Based in Caterham, Surrey, and working across London, the South East and the UK.
Culture is not a poster or a values workshop. It is how feedback, decisions and priorities really move around your team. We listen first, then design the structure and rhythm that let your team run without everything coming back to you.
Rated 5.0 from 30 Google reviews. More than 30 businesses helped since 2020.

Sound familiar?

- "Feedback here only happens when something has gone wrong."
- "Everyone is busy, but nobody sees the whole picture."
- "I want to step back, but everything still comes through me."
How it works
Listen, design, embed. Then listen again.
Most culture problems in a small business are not about values. They are about feedback that only arrives as correction, priorities nobody else can see and decisions that all wait for one person.

Listen
Hear what people will not say in a meeting
An anonymous engagement survey and short one-to-one conversations. You get themes and scores, never names.
- 2
Design
Build the structure around your goal
Who owns what, who decides what, how feedback and priorities work and who to hire next. Sized for where you are going, whether that is growth or an exit.

Run it as a 90-day pilot
A light rhythm introduced one habit at a time, then kept or dropped on the evidence. ClarityLoop can carry it day to day.
After the pilot, survey again and see what moved.

What does culture work involve?
Less than you might think, and nothing on a poster. Culture is how feedback, decisions and priorities really move around your team. We listen first, with an anonymous survey and short conversations, then design the structure and rhythm that fit your goals, and help you run it as a pilot so you keep only what works.
Is the engagement survey anonymous?
Yes. Responses are anonymous and reported as themes and average scores, never as individual answers. In a small team we group results so nobody can be identified from what they wrote.
Can we run just an engagement survey?
Yes. The survey is part of the People and Team Systems Review, and it can also run on its own. We design the questions around your business, run it and bring you the findings with what to do first. We price it after a short call.
Our team works across time zones, and most are contractors. Can this still work?
Yes. A recent Team Operating Blueprint we built was for a team across four time zones, most of them contractors. The rhythm was designed for that: written updates instead of extra calls, recorded company updates and a clear line on which channel is for what. Read the client story.
What is ValueMatch?
A values assessment based on the Spiral Dynamics model. It shows what motivates each person, how the team experiences its culture now, what it would prefer and how people respond under pressure. In the Values and Culture Review a qualified ValueMatch practitioner interprets the results, and we turn them into practical recommendations.
Do we have to use ClarityLoop?
No. The rhythm works with the tools you already have. ClarityLoop is there when you want feedback, one-to-ones, goals, reviews and pulse surveys in one place. You contract with ClarityLoop directly for the software, and we help you set up the rhythm around it.
What happens after the blueprint?
You can run it yourself, and many founders do. If you want help putting it in place, support continues through a Retained HR Partner plan or at £650 a day + VAT, agreed first. When the next hire is due, Recruitment Support picks it up.
Is this only for bigger companies?
No. It works from around five people upwards, and it is often most useful in a small team, where one founder is still holding everything together.
