Accessibility statement
Effective date: 1 October 2026
Version: 1.1

We review this statement at least once a year and whenever the site changes in a big way.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, find what they need and book a call, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We build it to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most UK organisations work to.
What we build for
- You can use every page with a keyboard, and you can always see where you are on the page.
- Text and buttons have enough colour contrast to read easily.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone.
- Every form field has a label, and if something goes wrong the form tells you in words.
- Photographs have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site keeps movement to a minimum.
- Pages work when you zoom in to 200% and on small screens.
- We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the site itself instead.
How we checked this site
On 1 October 2026 we checked every main page of the site and a sample of blog posts, using automated tests in a browser and checks by hand:
- Colour contrast: every piece of text measured against the background behind it. We fixed the places that fell short: yellow text on our teal is now a lighter yellow, text on yellow is now dark teal, and the WhatsApp button now has dark text.
- Keyboard: every link, button and form field shows a clear outline when you reach it with the keyboard. The tabs on the pricing and Employee Relations pages also work with the arrow keys, and a "Skip to content" link comes first on every page.
- Tap targets: at phone width every link and button is at least 24 by 24 pixels, or has enough space around it.
- Reading: running text stops at about 80 characters a line, headings run in order and each page has one main heading.
- Images and forms: every image has a text description or is marked as decorative, and every form field has a label.
- Motion: if your device asks for less motion, nothing on the site animates.
We will check again after launch and at least once a year.
What we know is not perfect yet
- The booking calendar on our contact page comes from Calendly, and the 30-minute retainer call is booked through Google Calendar. We do not control either. If one is hard to use, call or email us and we will book the call for you.
- Some downloadable documents, such as the job advert guide, may not work well with screen readers. Ask and we will send you the content in another format.
