Common questions
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The first 20-minute call is free and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say so.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If something is urgent, call or WhatsApp rather than email and we will pick it up as soon as we can.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. What you tell us is kept confidential and used only to help you. What If HR is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, and our privacy notice explains how we handle your details.
Do you work outside Surrey and London?
Yes. We are based in Caterham, Surrey, and meet clients in person across Surrey, London and the South East. Most day-to-day support runs by phone, email and video, so we also work with businesses across the UK.
