We become part of your team. Your employees contact us directly for HR support. We handle day-to-day queries, employee relations and keep everything compliant while you focus on your business.​

  • Direct employee access for HR queries

  • Contract and policy creation/review

  • Compliance monitoring and updates

  • Onboarding support

How it works

Flexible Monthly Retainer

Both models work on a rolling monthly basis:

  • Flexible commitment — Cancel anytime with no lengthy contracts or notice periods

  • Unlimited support — Email and phone access whenever you need us

  • Monthly hours included — Tailored to your business size and needs (typically 4+ hours for project delivery per month)

  • Add-on hours available — £100 per hour when you need extra support​

What Determines Your Monthly Fee?

We tailor your package based on:

  • Number of employees

  • Complexity of your industry

  • Current state of your HR (starting from scratch vs. optimisation)

  • Level of support needed

 

During your discovery call, we'll recommend the right package for your situation.

Add-on services

Need something beyond your monthly hours?

​Additional Hours: £100 per hour

Project Work: If you need a specific project (handbook overhaul, restructure support, TUPE), we'll quote a fixed fee.

Bank of Hours: Not ready for monthly support? Purchase 10 hours for £800, valid for 3 months.

❓ Do I need Outsourced or Advisory? If your team needs direct HR access, choose Outsourced. If you want strategic guidance and will handle day-to-day queries, choose Advisory.

❓ What if I need more hours? We'll add them at £100/hour or adjust your monthly package.

❓ What's the minimum commitment? One month. If it's not working, you can cancel.
